Allow your friends to trade on your behalf with TokenSight’s Delegate Wallet
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of a powerful new feature on TokenSight: Delegate Wallet. With this feature, you can now grant another TokenSight user the ability to trade on your behalf by delegating your Secure Wallet to them.
How it works
The person you’re delegating your wallet to needs to share their User ID with you. Once you have their User ID, simply enter it into your TokenSight account. After that, they’ll gain the ability to execute trades on your behalf. And don’t worry, you maintain full control — you can revoke this delegation at any time.
It’s important to note a few key details:
- You and only you control the wallet with your passkey, ensuring that only you can perform passkey-signed operations.
- The delegated user can trade on your behalf if your wallet has trading permission. And, they’ll have access to view all the trades made with the delegated account.
- They cannot export the wallet’s private seed, change trading permissions, or withdraw funds.
For example, let’s say you have a “Secure Wallet Solana 123” and you want to authorize someone to trade on Solana with it. Simply navigate to the Manage Wallet section, enable Solana trading using your passkey, and hit “Delegate Access.” Paste the recipient’s User ID, and you’re all set! They’ll immediately see the wallet in their dashboard and can begin trading. If you ever need to revoke access, it’s as simple as clicking “Remove Delegated Access.”
